Pedro Martins
Founder
For more than twenty years, Pedro Martins has been deeply engaged with Kingston’s real estate and construction industries. Beginning with Mill & Ross Architects in 1999, he played a key role as Project Manager, and gained a wealth of knowledge in design development, construction materials, and building methods. After many years dedicated to project management in a variety of contexts, in 2014 he became a Principal with one of Canada’s largest and leading project management firms to assist in providing strategic solutions to infrastructure and real estate across Eastern Ontario. Pedro is passionate about construction knowledge and has been dedicated to educating and supporting the new generation. Through both the Kingston Construction Association and St. Lawrence College, he has taught courses on Construction Management and Plan Reading for various trades and students.
In addition to his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), he is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with a vast understanding and dedication to sustainable and environmentally friendly design and construction practices. Pedro is additionally licenced by the Home Construction Regulatory Authority of Ontario, as a qualified homebuilder backed by TARION New Home Warranty. His impressive qualifications bolster every project and his experience ensures client satisfaction and certainty.
